    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unbrokenbsg.com, Unbroken Business Support Group programs, events, coaching, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Unbroken Business Support Group ("UBSG", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, registering for an event, applying to a program, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

    2. Use of the Site

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
    • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks.

    3. Programs, Events & Coaching

    UBSG offers coaching programs, events, intensives, webinars, and related services. Specific deliverables, dates, locations, and pricing are described at the point of purchase or registration. Acceptance into certain programs (such as UBSG) is subject to application and approval at our sole discretion.

    You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and incidental expenses for in-person events unless we expressly state otherwise.

    4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

    Fees are due as stated at checkout. Unless otherwise specified in writing for a particular product or program:

    • All sales are final once delivery of digital materials, coaching access, or event materials has begun.
    • Event registrations may be transferred to another person with our written approval up to 14 days before the event.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@unbrokenbsg.com and will be evaluated under the refund policy stated for that specific offer.

    5. Email & SMS Communications

    By submitting your email or phone number to UBSG, you agree to receive operational and transactional messages related to the Services you have requested. Marketing emails and SMS marketing messages are sent only to users who have opted in, and you may opt out at any time:

    • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
    • SMS: reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

    Full details on how we collect, store, and use mobile information are in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Site and within UBSG programs — including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, frameworks, scorecards, curricula, and the "Six Pillars" methodology — is owned by UBSG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal business use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

    7. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

    Testimonials, case studies, and results shown on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients and are not a guarantee of future results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and business decisions. We make no representation that you will achieve any particular financial result.

    8. Confidentiality

    UBSG members participate in group settings where private business information is shared. By participating, you agree to keep other members' information confidential and not to record, transcribe, or share session content without the express consent of the parties involved.

    9. Disclaimers

    The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. UBSG provides business coaching and is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, UBSG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to UBSG in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UBSG and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

    12. Governing Law & Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement or unauthorized access.

    13. Live & In-Person Meetups (Including "First Round On Me")

    These additional terms apply to anyone who registers for, attends, or otherwise participates in a UBSG live or in-person meetup, networking event, panel, dinner, or "First Round On Me" gathering (each a "Meetup"). By registering you confirm you have read and accept this section in addition to the rest of these Terms.

    a. Assumption of Risk. You understand that attending an in-person Meetup at a third-party venue (bar, restaurant, coworking space, hotel, or similar) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips and falls; food or beverage allergies or illness; injury from other patrons or attendees; risks associated with consuming alcohol; risks associated with traveling to and from the venue; and exposure to communicable illness. You voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

    b. Release & Hold Harmless. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and your representatives) release, waive, and discharge UBSG, Michael Anthony, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, panelists, hosts, sponsors, and venue partners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of or related to your registration for, travel to or from, attendance at, or participation in a Meetup — whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any Released Party or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim brought by any third party arising out of your conduct at a Meetup.

    c. Alcohol & Personal Responsibility. Any alcohol served at a Meetup is provided by the independent venue, not by UBSG. You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. You are solely responsible for your own consumption, your behavior, and arranging safe transportation to and from the Meetup. UBSG does not provide, supervise, or assume any responsibility for transportation.

    d. Venue Independence. Meetup venues are independently owned and operated. UBSG is not responsible for the condition of the venue, the quality or safety of food or drink served, or the conduct of venue staff or other patrons.

    e. Code of Conduct. You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. UBSG (or the venue) may remove or refuse entry to anyone who is disruptive, harassing, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise unsafe, with no refund.

    f. Photo, Video & Recording Release. Meetups may be photographed, audio-recorded, or video-recorded for marketing, educational, and social-media purposes. By attending, you grant UBSG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, voice, image, and likeness for those purposes. If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at support@unbrokenbsg.com at least 24 hours before the Meetup and identify yourself to the host on arrival.

    g. Not Professional Advice. Conversations at a Meetup are peer-to-peer and informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or mental-health advice, and no professional relationship is formed by attending.

    h. Refunds for Meetups. The $20 reservation hold for "First Round On Me" Meetups is refunded via Stripe within 24 hours of in-person check-in at the event, as described at the point of registration. No-shows forfeit the hold. If UBSG cancels the Meetup, you will receive a full refund.

    14. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
